The app rarely works

And the error messages never help to inform the issue. Tech support always instructs to delete app. Clear cookies. Reboot phone. Re install app. Maybe just write code that works.

Use this service mainly to get home. Bikes are hit or miss. Always a bunch around but they don’t always show on the app. Saw a bike just yesterday with 50 miles on it, went to scan it, said it wasn’t available and the bike disappeared off the map. The amount I’ve already spent on this app I could have purchased a bike. What I’m looking into now, as this isn’t always something you can rely on. Getting rid of this when I get my bike. If you bike home as often as I do, investing in your own bike is the pretty key to saving.
Can’t log into account anymore total BS

I was perfectly fine on my rider account and juicing until I accidentally log myself off the apps. So I went to relogged in and now I don’t have access to the account anymore. I keep getting errors, not receiving verification codes, no password reset. I delete the app and re Installed. NOTHING WORKING total BULL. This happen after receiving my second set of chargers for juice mode and now I’m tick off. I been on support with lime from phone call and emails for an entire week. They delete my account but now I can’t resign up because I’m not receiving code for my phone number.... ENTIRE WEEK.

This app gives so many errors that nothing can be done on it. Can’t even add money to my account to use it. Well I guess if they don’t want my money then they aren’t going to get it now or ever. I repeat worst app I have ever seen.

I just downloaded the app and typed in my number and I get “we sent to many messages to this number” when they didn’t even send one!

I love this concept, being able to rent emission-free transportation for cheap, and the bikes and scooters are typically very high quality. (The scooters can go up to 20 miles per hour!) You’ve probably noticed them scattered through out your city, and it’s almost always easy to find one nearby. The only issue I have with this service is the fact that you cannot rent more than one bike or scooter at a time. My daughter loves to ride lime scooters but I cannot ride with her because you can only rent one at a time on one account. If that simple issue was fixed, the app would be perfect.
