Scooter died

JBurnsQ

Said it had 2 miles left in it. My ride was barely hilly and only lasted 1.2 miles, until the scooter died in the middle of a massive area I’m not allowed to park in. Had to drag it out of the area for about 0.1 miles. Not as mad about it dying as I am about spending $8.28 to go 1 mile. Jesus.

Got out to see the city on the scooter

This app has horrible logic.

We basically found a scooter, tried to ride it and it told us it was in an unauthorized zone so it wouldn’t let us end the ride and charged us until we moved it back into an authorized zone. Oh also the engine didn’t even work so we had to walk it. This app really needs to rethink it’s logic. It basically charged us four dollars to walk the scooter back into an authorized zone.

Disappointed

Second time was not the charm. My bike died after 3 miles when the indicator said it would go 15. Wound up having to switch bikes in the middle with wasted time and soiled shoes.

You can do better

Inconsistent availability in the city. Slow to refund faulty rides.

Ride around Boulder

It was awesome! I loved it! Thank you so much!

Poor service & scooters

I have used Lime for over 4 months and honestly if Lyft is available, ride with them. Like scooters are always run down, the batteries drain within 20 minutes, you will get locked out during a ride then be preceded to be charged for time you were not even on the ride. I will never waste a single dollar or effort in trying to speak with someone. They will not help you and not understand you since they out source there customer service to another country

Didn’t work & I got charged anyways

Didn’t work & I got charged anyways. If I could give negative stars I would.

Few inconveniences

I always enjoy the ride, but it has too many steps to get it and park it. I am pretty sure that the process could be simpler!
