No one of the scooters worked and you charge me 24 dollars for nothing. Very disappointed.

Still haven’t been able to validate my phone number and have been trying to earn with lime and it won’t let me sign up??
Charged for broken scooter 12 dollars three time never worked correctly.

Tried to ride a broken scooter three times charge me $12 each time as I was trying to put a group together. Poor app design doesn’t leave any Avenue to solve this problem.

The app overall is okay... theres only the problem with the unlocking fees. Its not worth it if you are consistently using The Bikes/Scooters as A Main Form of transportation

My ride was only $5 & I was charged $20. You can't remove your payment method either after entering it.

I’ve seen a lot of these apps come and go. This was one of the worst user experiences I’ve ever endured. Was excited to rent a bike and go for a ride with my friend. We walked several blocks to find it parked by a dumpster. Thankfully I thought ahead and brought some we paper towels with some soap to clean it off. It charged me in advance for the ride and kept making a loud beeping noise. The app provided no instructions, no customer support, just vague trouble shooting issues. There is no number to call or way to report if you’re having an issue. I was charged for the entire ride anyway. If you want to ruin your afternoon, try renting one of these dirty malfunctioning bikes.

They have horrible customer service if you get over charged. The app isn’t clear on charges before you ride. And how charging works when you pause the ride.
