Absolutely outrageous

This company is a complete scam. They have the scooter principle figured out but there is too many suspicious charges. My second ride ever I rode with 4 people in my group, and we went on road for and hour. I am now 150 dollars away from what I need to be not to mention BANK OVERCHARGES. This app is crap. Thank you.

Such a disaster. Tried three of them and none can start. The battery always runs out even it shows 1-2 miles left. AVOID if you can.

Literally had to push the scooter around downtown and when I went to cancel my ride it wouldn’t let me and I had to push it back to a no lock zone just for it not to work. Also got charged to push their scooter around, called Customer Service just to get hung up. Would never recommend to anyone and will never be riding one again .
Hard to figure out at first...

I had lime cash I was trying to use and couldn’t get that to work. The ride was great but I wish they would have been a little more helpful since I was already paying at the time

Been charged so many times for scooters that don’t work. Such a racket. Sketchy billing and even after submitting tickets they don’t refund the money. Only time I get a refund is when one is automatically triggered usually when the scooter has been reported broken so many times that they acknowledge this fact in the system yet somehow still allow people to unlock them. Billing is ridiculous how it’s a full minute of a charge for even 1 second of time especially considering the app takes a while to load and then the app also takes 10 seconds to remember it’s on a ride and for the End button to appear after you have it open. Coincidence? No. They’re cheap and sketchy and want to steal peoples money. Bad ethics like this just make ppl dislike the brand. If they were a legitimate company with any staying power they would put buttons on the scooter to end your ride with your phone and not charge ppl so aggressively.
REMOVED CANCEL LIME PASS BUTTON

There is currently no way to cancel the lime pass in the app. I have tried reaching customer support and they keep telling me to go to the Lime Pass section and cancel my subscription if I want to but there is LITERALLY NO button to cancel since they removed it. Cheap tactics to extract money. Ridiculous.
