Worst money and time spent

I absolutely despise Lime the company as a whole . I was a loyal customer spent money on scooters really gave them a whirl. I applied to collect scooters last year aug . It’s now January 22 I still haven’t been approved I called every week for months and I’ve yet to receive one email. This app is a scam ❗️❗️ they will take you money but won’t even give you help when you truly need it.

My kids tried lime out in old Sacramento and it would not let us end the ride. It kept saying no parking here everywhere we went but in the map it showed parking and there were other lines parked there. In the app I contacted them and said it was not letting me end the ride and they basically said oh well. It would not end until it died and then they told PayPal that the charges were right so I couldn’t even get the amount back from the time I was trying to cancel. Bird was super easy to end the ride. Try them instead.
Disappointing…

Took 1 ride, was charged 4 times for it. Wrote to them 2 times to complain, nobody even replied. Very disappointing.
Use any other scooter if possible!
apple nicknames are bad
This app will prevent you from ending your ride if your scooter dies in a no parking zone and you will have to walk miles to be able to end your ride. Please dispute any charges that happen like this to get them investigated

The locks don’t unlock. What a disappointment after walking far to get the lime. lime doesn’t move well uphill and San Francisco is mostly hills.
Too Hard to Use and No Refunds

I have tried twice to use the scooter and it is so hard to unlock, so hard to use that I couldn’t figure it out and they do not give refunds. I will not be trying this again and I deleted the app. I got to a customer service agent quickly though but this scooter is not worth it.

Absolutely terrible!!!! Literally doing a Uber order and scooter was cut off mid way because I “exited the zone” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Had to walk the rest of the way never again JOCO is a well more organized service then this whole company is I could rate it negative stars I would ?♂️

Me and my family had an amazing experience with the group ride feature. We visited Tulsa Oklahoma and have been wanting to try out a brand of e scooters so after a little bit of research on my part we decided on lime. Setup was super easy for us 1. We downloaded and opened the app and pressed the group ride button. 2. Then we scan the barcode by the handle bars and confirmed payment and it activated easily by itself. 3. Three of us rode for 34 minutes and only spent 39 dollars all together and when we were finished we left them in an active area and ended our ride. CONCLUSION:we had a great time and will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.
