My app stopped working and i emailed lime multiple times. They always had a different person answering and with different solutions that never worked! They even said I was banned but then unbanned. No consistency at all. You are just talking to third party company that can’t help one bit.

The worst!!!!! The most horrible company!!! Don’t ever use them. I got injured in the scooter because of the breaks, but they are in denial and wouldn’t admit the fact. So it’s simply my word against theirs. I ended up with high medical bills and wouldn’t take the responsibility for it. Be careful with them and be ready to pay for their vehicles malfunction!!!

I rode the scooter to a location to tell a friend that I was donating clothes, shoes, socks, hats, gloves, personal hygiene and other things to my Mexican friends in need of help. The ride was fun and made me feel young again as I am 47 years old.

Takes me to the login screen every time I try to search for a ride. I sign in, try to search for a ride, and bam back to login screen. Piece of unreliable trash.

The Lime App does not let you park in regular bicycle stands to lock out and would not end the ride. It kept charging me per minute as I wondered around town trying to find a parking spot. When I got to the parking spot there was no where to park properly. No instructions on if where I parked is okay or not. Also it automatically disabled since I had entered the no ride zone. Without any warning!
