This app won’t accept my login credentials even though I have no trouble using the same credentials to log into their web portal.

I was hesitant at first due to other reviews but this app did exactly what I needed it to. Easy to use and results appeared automatically!! Plus all my previous labs. Awesome app

I am so happy I can access my records after years of thinking I lost my data. But.. can you change the App category from ‘other category’ to ‘Health & Wellness category’? I would like this to keep my iPhone organize.

You guys should hire better UX designer and engineers to develop this app, since this app has terrible UX!!! If you guys lose clients, this terrible mobile app can definitely be one of the main reasons on losing clients. I have to login website to create account and view my results. The website works well.

Well this morning I have officially lost $6,000 . Day 3 and I did not receive my covid test which I need for international travel . On day four the test is no longer valid . Every country on the planet clearly states that test results must be no later than 72 hours from time the specimen was taken . So even if I do eventually get them the are void and useless . I contacted them yesterday and told them I had a flight first thing in the morning and was concerned that my results had not been posted . The said they were being processed . It had been more than 48 hours and the website clearly says 1 to 2 day results for covid tests . I used labcorp and payed out of pocket ( rather than go to CVS or Walgreens for free ) . I thought they would be more reliable . What a joke and I’m out $6k which has me steaming . I’m going to sue labcorp for my losses . I will continue to post follow ups on how labcorp handles my case .

The app wont even let me log in and says my username/password is incorrect even though i can do so on the website with no problem

Labcorp can spend money to have there company logo rebranded but don’t have the same commitment to make an app that works free of errors and flaws. i log in, used password manga to fill in credentials, says password wrong. ugh so i reset it, make new password. then log back in but says SAME THING! i have the correct credentials and still cant even log in. then your app is so slow, i could make a cup of coffee and it still wouldn’t load by then. very buggy, after failed login attempts when closing and reopen app the login button no longer works among other buttons that are also unresponsive who is programming this app? fire them. get someone who is an expert in ios programming. the current person isnt fit for the job.
