This app is useless! Read another review that said they went directly to the website and it worked. That’s what I ended up doing. Only good reason to download the app. Now I’ll be deleting it.

Terrible app and website interface. They won’t authenticate my ID and it’s telling me I didn’t answer some quiz questions, which I never received. The only way to get my covid tests results is to print out a form, photocopy my ID, send it through snail mail, and wait for them to receive it. Ridiculous.

If you are looking to travel to places like Hawaii or Alaska this app and labcorp are HORRIBLE for getting you your results on time. Our trip was cancelled because of it. HIGHLY do NOT recommend
No longer across fingerprint login - why???

I've used fingerprint ID to log into the Labcorp app for ages. Recently it stopped working, saying my password was incorrect. I changed my password but it still does not let me log in with my print, so now I have to find my password list and enter it manually. Not the end of the world but why won't it accept my fingerprint any more? If it's no longer an option they should remove it from the login screen.

Labcorp makes 11billion dollars, employs 60,000 people—they can afford to hire a mobile developer. They didn’t, because the app doesn’t work, and it looks like something you’d get a D- for in high school web design class. Inefficient, unresponsive and honestly insulting coming from these devils. Shameful experience.

This app is the worst thing I have had the displeasure of using, all I want to do is access my test results and it doesn’t allow me to attempt to authenticate my account, it gives me an error message saying”owner password needed” I type in my password and it says it’s incorrect and won’t allow me to try to authenticate it any other way. Fix it.
Amateur - a waste of time

It takes so long to get anything done. This looks like an amateur effort and gives a very poor impression of LabCorp. Sometimes it takes you to their website, which is also clumsy and poor quality. Today companies are judged by the quality of the last interaction. This app disrespects the user and wastes their time.
Login problems

Biometric login doesn’t work and you can’t copy and paste your password from a password management app (you have to add and remove a space at the end of the password and email before submitting the login form so your entry is recognized). Tough to care about anything else if you can’t log in.
