Slow and unresponsive

Slow and unresponsive app. Use fingerprint option for sign-in, LabCorp periodically deletes your password forcing you to change it often - can not cut and paste passwords.
App fails to recognize my password and username...

...no matter how many times I’ve reset it. No issues on the web browser however but the app fails every time.
Can’t even create an account!

It’s been horrid. I just want to make an account to know my COVID-19 test results. On my phone: It says “DO NOT HIT BACK BUTTON OR REFRESH PAGE.” I never did that. I entered my information, received a page asking me to type in the code sent to my email. Clicked out (but did not close) that window to open my email to get the code. Switched back to the original, which had refreshed ON ITS OWN, and didn’t ask for a verification code. I tried logging in with the password I’d just used but it said the username or password was incorrect, when I took this to the reset password link, it said that my email address doesn’t have an account listed with it. That would’ve been fine, except that when I went to register again, the form automatically flagged my email as having an account registered. Yet when I clicked the link to log in, the same old story happened. I then took this to my PC. STILL nothing. Since the email said it would send a new link in 20 if I tried again, I stepped away for an hour to do other tasks. Yet when I came back to either my PC or my phone, this whole process repeated again. Please fix your system, LabCorp. It’s an absolutely awful mess.

Difficult to register on mobile app. Slow and limited. Don’t bother!

I have never reviewed an app before so that tells you how bad this one is. I couldn’t even get past the sign in page. It kept freezing, or I’d login and nothing would load. Lapcorp, please invest in fixing this app. It’s terrible.

There is no point in this app. I was able to register just fine and then it asks me to verify my identity to view my test results. That’s fine I understand that. BUT it asked me questions like “what vehicle have you never been associated with” I was never associated with any of the ones provided. It also asked “what street did you never live on?” I never lived on any of the streets provided. And no matter what I pushed it said my answers were wrong! HOWWWW?! then it says can’t verify persons identity and to submit a form and copy of ID so I try to fill out the form and as soon as you type the first letter into the form it asks you for the owner of the documents password. HuH?! I type in every password I’ve ever made and they are all wrong. Now I can’t look at what my results are and have no choice but to go get tested AGAIN at rite aid?I don’t recommend going to Walgreens to get tested this app they make you sign up for to get your results is pathetic and useless and a waste of time

This never even asked me questions. There has been no major life changes. I’m way over 18 and did not have a name change but I can’t even see my test results for covid. What a FAIL.

Such a waste of time. It does not accept / validate username and password which I use it to login to the website. Developer(s) should be fired already
