I know my password but it doesn’t work. Then I reset it and was asked to log in and it doesn’t work. I give up. This is a useless app.

Buggy to the point of not usable

Entering information in the app is painful. I made it to the confirm registration screen. They emailed me a 4 digit verification code but said the code was invalid. I repeated this step three times with the same result each time. Completely worthless and a waste of time.

Had to get four codes emailed to me to open account. Then it requires me to authenticate my identity - but before I can do so, it says it is unable to authenticate based on the info I provided. What?! Then it suggests I download a form to fill out, but it is password locked. It says my password is wrong, which is untrue.

I know my user name AND password but it won't even allow me to log in. App is completely useless. So I deleted it right away.

A great feat to log in

This app makes it a great feat to log in. It won’t log me in, even though I am using the exact same login info as the website. I’ll just stick to the website I guess.

I’m 100% sure I’m entering correct credentials as I’m using 1Password. Web version works, the app would show an error on login screen. Bad interface even for the 2 screens I was able to see.

For the love of god this app is the worst i have ever seen and their interface is extremely bad.

New Update Messed up Sign-in!

What the heck happened? I went to sign-in today and there is nowhere to sign-in on the main page. Only has “Create Account” cannot find sign in or fingerprint authentication that was previously available. Recent update really messed things up!
