I can log on to the website but the exact same credentials don’t work here… try to reset the password I know … infinite look of … we’re broken we can’t.

Wow for such a well known mega company, you would think there app would be seamless. However it asks you to enter your invoice about 5 times and then asks you to login again. You want to pull out your hair at this point. Very frustrating! After all of that it doesn’t even give you the breakdown of your bill or what your paying for.

Did someone let their 6 year old write an app or what? This has to be a joke, they want you to fill out a paper form and send it in to Authenticate your account and this only takes 4-6 weeks. What? What is the point of your app then?
Bugs - Can’t sign in

Wonder why it has so low rating. Can’t sign in using this app, says wrong password or email. Fun part is, that same email and password works from Safari.

All I’m trying to do is get a negative Covid test results for my daughter surgery after an hour of going through the questionnaire for them to build their account and re-entering the same information multiple times because it keeps closing out and freezing. Then. Finally get to the point where it is made and enter the dependent then there is no way to enter her Covid test number to be able to get the results. THIS IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING APP I HAVE EVER USED. The website isn’t even any better. This is medical stuff this, is very important. And this is pathetic. I need results in the next 24 hours it’s been two days since test was done. And I can’t even verify that I have added the information that I am waiting on answers for.

A terrible experience. I registered and signed up. I was successful in logging in. The screen says (HELLO BRIAN. we can’t authenticate you). So it knows my first name but can’t authenticate me. ? No authentication questions were ever asked ? Had to call my doctor and finally got results from them. Labcorp has zero service. No live customer service. No automated FAQ. NOTHING !!! Half Star not available. One star is generous.
