Basic app functions are broken. It no longer is possible to cut and paste ID/password from a password management app. Even manually keying them in is virtually impossible—try moving the cursor to correct a typo. ...not a good look for a hugely successful company responsible for protecting personal health data of millions of Americans.

Cannot register using this spot

You cannot complete registration using this app on the iPhone. You must go online, and even that is kludgy. This us important, lab corps. Get your act together.

Has hard time w/ password management app

This app is awful at accepting copied login credentials from password management apps (such as Keeper). Anyone with basic IT knowledge knows that password managers are the preferred way of keeping your logins secure. Optimize your app to work better with password managers.

FAILED TO REPORT POSITIVE COVID test!!!

I don’t understand how they can fail to report my sibling’s positive COVID-19 results!! We both took our tests at the same exact time with the same exact nurse and 2 whole month later his results are STILL NOT posted on the patient portal while mine came 3 days later. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?! Thank God he’s doing school from home so we were already in quarantine and able to stay like that. Our state’s health department were the ones who called me to report his results. A month and a half later!!! Shame on Lapcorp!! They are probably the reason the US positivity rate is so high. BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT NOTIFYING POSITIVE PATIENTS!!!! SHAME ON THEM I HOPE THEY SEE THIS.
