Good luck getting your results

Waited 6 days and still no results on App or website. Tried to contact and no live person. Left message four days ago and no reply. I guess we need to go back to Quest.

This is the WORST app I have ever seen. Everything from creation of an account to the viewing of test results is an absolute headache. Near everything needs double-entry, if the entry is taken at all, paste commands are near impossible because the screen suddenly scrolls out of view and you need to find ways to trick the app — I had to press and HOLD the data entry point SEVERAL times before the paste option finally appeared. The app wouldn’t accept my password for a newly created account that took maybe TEN minutes to create, when I also had to then go through an immediate process of changing the password. Then, when finally logged in and ready to navigate to the lab result page, the app still asked me to either login or create a new account. The app seems to also go dead from time to time as you work it, giving you only a blue screen to make you think, “What happened? Should I close the app and start all over AGAIN?” But then it suddenly works in its own horrible way. It’s like nothing done on the app is truly functional and that your entries aren’t properly recognized or acknowledged. I could go on and on with the problems of this app. It’s like all Labcorp really wants to do is create nightmare for their customers who, incidentally, pay Big Bucks to them. Heck, hasn’t Labcorp got even a dime to spare to write an app that’ll accept a valid password the first time around, or that could simply let me paste my data, or — heck — let me even click a button without fearing what’ll happen next? If they can’t get this app straight, what do you think they’re doing with your blood, or your hair, or your drug results? Do you suppose they ever gave a drug test to those involved with the writing and the approval of this app? Good gravy, this is the WORST app I have ever seen!

I generally don’t write reviews. This app has forced me to write one. Everything bad that you can expect in a app, bad UI, dead slow login, screen stuck and blank for 5 seconds , bad font. what a great IT department working to produce a pathetic app, wonder if the CEO uses this app.

It won’t allow me to view my test results. It says there’s an authentication problem and says “click here” to send a printed request. What’s the point of the app if I have to physically send something. Heaping pile of feces

My ID and password work on the website but not at all on the app. What’s the point if you cannot login?

If you must know...

At first upgrades were nice: lab result notifications, managing dependents, downloading lab results all great, thank you. HOWEVER, I can’t login anymore so it’s all useless !!! At first I thought it was me, but I have it set to face recognition and the password is saved and still nothing. The same credentials can login website no problem. Very frustrating and time consuming, please resolve.

I set up my login and did the verification through their website. That works well. However, using those credentials in the app results in the app saying that one of them is wrong. I tried it many times different ways and still cannot login. Very disappointing.

Keeps missing information

I don’t know what exactly to tell regarding this app. After, creating the login account is complete. I waited about 1 hour and start login account. The app is forgot or lost all my information was created. It must be updated it or deleted it forever.
