Just plain Doesnt work

If you like logging in to a screen over and over but never progressing to an actual user interface, then this ap is for you. Shockingly bad! You have to go their website to do anything bc this ap is a revolving door to nowhere.

Labcorp needs to create a totally new app from scratch and replace this one. For an example of a well executed app within the same category, check out Quest Diagnostic’s app. I have no connection to Quest Diagnostics in any way, and I only mention it because there’s not many alternatives in this category/field.

How can a company with so much money have such a horrible online presence? I downloaded the app because the website is so broken that it just errors me out whenever I try to look at results. Turns out the app is even worse, and won't even recognize my login credentials. So I literally have no way of getting tests back. Welcome to 1975. Useless.

I can login on website but same email and password just don’t let me log in on the app. This is as bad a an app can get.

This has to be the worst healthcare app I have ever used. You cannot paste a password from a secure password app, and the app layout is useless

Absolutely horrible app. Won’t move from login screen. Their website portal is just as bad. Absolutely deplorable for a medical lab to have such a miserable online and app present. ZERO STARS. But apple makes me put one star as a minimum.
