Complete joke – Labcorp | Patient Review

Well this morning I have officially lost $6,000 . Day 3 and I did not receive my covid test which I need for international travel . On day four the test is no longer valid . Every country on the planet clearly states that test results must be no later than 72 hours from time the specimen was taken . So even if I do eventually get them the are void and useless . I contacted them yesterday and told them I had a flight first thing in the morning and was concerned that my results had not been posted . The said they were being processed . It had been more than 48 hours and the website clearly says 1 to 2 day results for covid tests . I used labcorp and payed out of pocket ( rather than go to CVS or Walgreens for free ) . I thought they would be more reliable . What a joke and I’m out $6k which has me steaming . I’m going to sue labcorp for my losses . I will continue to post follow ups on how labcorp handles my case .
