Add send to a doctor capability

Your app is good, but it would be great if you could send the results to a doctor’s fax number so that additional doctors can view the results.

Please update the app to support newer iPhones, Face ID, exporting results to pdf, sharing options, explanations of each lab test with result. Not everyone knows what eGFR means or AST, etc. Also, please build a native log in system that doesn’t spring a browser. It is so cumbersome to constantly have to log in.

Login process is cumbersome. Lately the results are not showing up at all... For example I did a test in early June and I am yet to see the results.... And the process to raise a help desk ticket is terrible....

It’s a great app to see the lab results in a app. But it’s losing its beauty on iPhone X screen. I hope your team can update the app to support the iPhone X soon.
Can’t see daughter’s lab results

I would have given app 5 stars if I could see my daughters lab results. She is added as a dependent and I can click on lab results but nothing shows up.
Can’t Login

I have a LabCorp account. I can use it to log in to the LabCorp.com website without problem When I enter the same information into the app, I’m told that my logon/password combo is incorrect. Go back to the web, and my info works. Poor programming. Use the mobile website instead and save the space on your phone.
Something is wrong with registration

Every time I try to register. I write my name in the “name line “ and it says you need to start with a alpha character. Ummmm every name starts with an alpha character. I tried to write so many random symbols and anything just to see if it would accept it , and it wouldn’t. Needs an update.
