What’s the point of trying to login missed transactions when it doesn’t list the store you shopped at? But if I wanted to online order the store is listed as my favorite location. -FAIL-
Bug fixes and enhancements?

This app was updated six day ago for “bug fixes and enchantments.” After I entered the date to pick up, it crashed. This happened on both my phone and iPad. Whoever’s in charge of QA should noticed that before the update.
Does not work

I ordered a dozen for the first time on the app. I never received the donuts yet my money was taken out of my account . Total waste of my time and money.
Won’t let me add receipt info

It says select store. When I type in my information it gives me 11 stores within 100 miles except the one I’m looking for. When I pushed the help link on the app it gives you FAQ none of which actually give you help. No place to contact anyone etc...

Tried signing on to the app and it says my email address is in the wrong format! What’s up with that. Can’t sign on and can’t reset password. Can’t even access the web site on mobile saying there’s an error.
FIX THE CRASHING

This app has kicked me out and won’t let me back in. I tried to make a new account and it will not budge. I tried to reset my password for my original account and it kicks me out. What is going on? Please fix this immediately I have tried everything to log back in and it will not work. Overall this app was fine until it got buggy
Fake reviews, broken website

So many of the top 5 star reviews are people simply reviewing for rewards of some kind. The app is entirely unusable. You cannot create a new account. You cannot sign in with facebook. If you attempt to use it as a guest, it crashes after you select a delivery location OR pickup location. After it crashes, you can no longer use the app as a guest, and you get eternally locked into the sign in screen where the user is given 502 “Bad Request” or “Bad Gateway” errors. There is something seriously wrong with the server running the mobile website as well as the app, and until its fixed, this app is absolute garbage.

The 5 stars are just ppl trying to get free things. The app is broken, has constant error messages and will rarely let you sign in.
