Twice now I’ve gotten locked out of my account on the app! Once it kicked me out after an update. This time I can’t get back in after installing on new phone. I’m entering answer to security question correctly, but it gives me an error message. They have taken my money and points!

This app is very convenient ! Not only does it allow me to save money , but it keeps me excited to know that they will notify me when the doughnuts are hot ! .

The Carolina Panthers won today, so in our way home from dinner we stopped to get a dozen glazed. First, the donuts were cold, even though the light was on. Took them back in and got another dozen that were warm and noticed that they charged me full price for them. We were suppose to get them for $5.99 but the cashier said you had to have the rewards app to get them for that price! She was very rude!

I can’t use this app. The store types in my number because the scanner doesn’t work. And I put $10 on the app so I wouldn’t have to carry my wallet and it won’t take the money off. So I’ve lost $10. DONT PUT MONEY ON THIS APP!!!!
