Love Krispy Kreme but y’all need to work on your delivery system

I love their donuts, they’re the best; but I have issues with you guys’ delivery system. A week ago I ordered a dozen donuts for delivery. They took the money out with the quickness, but cancelled my order no sooner I placed it. Turns out it was an issue with their system & my order was never sent to the store. So I instantly wanted my refund. Well I’ve emailed them multiple times, I even called them yesterday & I STILL haven’t heard back from them! It’s been a whole week at this point, I want my money back! Your app is good when it comes to making a pick up order, but idk what you’re trying to pull with that delivery stunt y’all pulled. & why hasn’t anyone gotten back to me about my refund? Fix your delivery system.


Doesn’t show all stores in area

I decided to start using the app and wanted to enter in my receipts that I recently made purchases. I put in the zip code and it only showed one store in Greenville SC and it wasn’t the one I frequent. Needless to say I can’t get credit for my past purchases. There are two stores in Greenville and mine is listed in the app as my store but doesn’t show up in missed transactions!!


App won’t find our Springfield, MO location

We are unable to add purchases to our account through the app. When entering Springfield, MO as the shop location, we receive 11 stores to choose from, none of them in town. The assistant manager was unable to override a reward on my app and since I paid for everything, she suggested I add the purchase through the app. Another employee said our location hasn’t shown up on the app for a “long time.” I was jazzed about points and rewards and supporting a fun shop in town. This app has made our Krispy Kreme experience LESS enjoyable.


Rewards doesn’t work - ever!!!

I have had this app 2 months in conjunction with a newly opened location. This app hardly every works. At the store, never once have i been able scan for the rewards program - they must ALWAYS enter my cell number to record a purchase for rewards. Offers come to my email (not the app), so when I click the offer, it opens the app, but the special offer is not there and i have to go back to the email. Finally, my new location just doesn’t exist... at least as the app is concerned. KK... i LOVE your product... your app should reflect the quality of your product


Not worth the effort to download.

When you try to redeem rewards in store, no one ever knows how to use them. When you place an order for pickup or delivery, you can not order drinks or choose your doughnuts. Don’t bother trying to call local store or corporate, they don’t answer the phone. It’s like trying to call a wal-mart.


App and company’s customer service is bad

Happened twice. No customer service to talk to each time i have an issue. Always mailbox is full. JC Store manager nor staff does not know how to cancel a transaction. Overcharged me this time on $13 double dozen. I’m asking my card to dispute the charge. Thumbs down


Do not use!

Quite possibly the worst app on App Store. Constant gateway and api errors, random timeouts during use from background processes, and worst of all it can charge you for orders that fail. Their website is even worse. Don’t even bother trying.


Doesn’t load & list all locations

App doesn’t load properly. When one tries to enter the receipt after the fact the app doesn’t display the location I purchased my donuts.

I ordered online twice. I never got anything for both orders. It would say it was delivered when I never got anything. No refunds or what! Call the branch they would say they don’t know what happened or that they don’t deliver. Such a big company, can’t coordinate anything. If a branch can’t deliver then don’t put them as they can, if you can’t deliver food, cancel it, let your customer know why and issue them refund not the other way around. Tried calling customer service, NOTHING. Tried sending an email to customer service, BIG FAT NOTHING!!!!! This company doesnt know even the basic customer service stuff.


App constantly crashes

When trying to place an order for pickup, the app immediately crashes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times to no avail.
