Can’t Redeem, Store Not Found

I went for St Patrick’s Day for the double dozen donuts to bring to work and share. I saw there was an app and have been a regular. Decided to download and put to use to get some rewards for being loyal. As I open the app to input this transaction it shows that my Krispy Kreme is not on the list, and therefore I can’t redeem the transaction/points. Yet when I use “Find A Shop” it’s there; WHY!? There is only one in town and the next is 11 miles away, this needs to be fixed in the app or I will just use another donut franchise that can reward my loyalty.

Why does My Shop (Duluth, GA) show correctly on the app opening screen, but fails to show up as an address for missed transactions? The location that I frequent, that has been in existence for at 15 years, is not listed as a valid location. I have complained twice and thus far have not received a reply. Having my location listed is a necessity in the case where I need to record a missed rewards transaction. Without my shop listed I have to take the extra time to reach out to customer service and hope that they respond in a timely manner. This is a major inconvenience for me and because of this extra action that I need to take, I rate this app at 1 star. PLEASE FIX THIS ADDRESS ISSUE ASAP.
Crashes when trying to order online!

Since I can’t pick up, i’m trying order online but crashes every time!! I guess i’ll take my money somewhere else until this virus is over and dine in is open again!!
Keeps crashing after time entry.

I cannot get this app to work. I’ve tried quitting and restarting, but it always crashes after I enter the time. Waste of time. ? No donuts for you. ?

when trying to sign in through facebook it says, “unable to sign in with facebook.” plz fix!

When you put the address at the deliver to the app crashes! Can’t go beyond that.

When I try to get points for a previous purchase, my store location never shows up despite me putting in my zip code and town. My store location does show up when I look at locations in my area.
Worked perfectly. I guess now it wants me to diet.

The app doesn’t load anymore. The screen goes Black and when the page finally reaches the log-in page to enter my email address and password, it can’t read the information. I did email Krispy Kreme. No help with why this is happening. Started 10/8/19. I do have money on the account and scared to delete it. I took a photo of the stored credit. Hopefully, that will be enough to order. Once that money is gone, then I will delete the app.
