No gift card integration

The app lacks any way of storing a gift card and paying for online orders with it. Unlike many, many other fast food restaurants, this app needs that feature.
Limited Payment Options and Inaccurate Store Info

The first thing I noticed was the inaccurate store info. The location nearest to me has a drive-thru but the app says no drive-thru available. Then I discovered the only way to pay through the app is with a credit card. What if I want to use a gift card? I bought gift cards for my kids so they could use the app, too (they don’t have credit cards of their own and I’m not about to put my card info in their apps). If I can’t rely on the app for accurate store info and I can’t use my preferred method to pay, why keep the app? I won’t.

I downloaded this app because I saw it on the window at the drive thru, the next week went to place an online order, and that location wasn’t even listed!

Can’t customize donuts. If you choose random assorted it freezes and crashes... Rebuild the app from scratch ?
Delivery. Never using this app again.

I ordered a dozen and the donuts never came. Then when I contacted both Krispy Kreme and door dash, they said there was nothing they could do. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Crooks took my money and never provided a refund or the order.

You can’t use a gift card on the app or the website. Seriously? Why would I gift anyone a Krispy Kreme gift card if they can’t redeem it unless you drive to a store? It’s 2020, nearly every retail app allows you to use a gift card. Took me 20 minutes to place an order because I could not accept the fact that you can’t pay with a gift card. Lame.
