Keep getting error message saying “The data could not be read because it isn’t in the correct format” making the app virtually useless. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it. I don’t know what the problem is.

I registered on the app, when I tried to use it and log in it said “data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” I changed my password, but still would not work.

I love Krispy Kreme but this app isn’t allowing me to log in. It says incorrect script and it won’t allow me to get anywhere to access rewards or even my account period. Super disappointed.

I tried to put a transaction in, to get points because I forgot to use the app when I was there, but when I tried using the app for the transaction the store I went to, recently opened didn’t show up. So lost points
