I downloaded the app so I could place my order, and pick it up at the door during Covid-19. There were very few options to choose from (no chocolate glazed), and it gave an error message every time I tried to customize an order. My husband downloaded the app as well, and had the same issues. The app was 100% useless!

I was trying to add my rewards from previous purchases but the app is not finding all the locations in Greensboro NC, so I can’t add my purchase and to get the points

You can place an order for the fanciest donuts, but you’re just gonna get what they have which is a box of original even though you paid $15 for the fancy ones.

App works generally but never has all the donut flavors loaded so what’s the point? Would really be nice to see in real time what is available. Needs work

Hagerstown location isn’t an option to add a check

I didn’t scan my app at my recent visit. When I try to manual add it the Hagerstown location doesn’t come up on the list so I can’t add my recent purchase and earn rewards. WTH? This store has been open a while. If I can order through the location why isn’t it listed for me to get rewards?!

I have installed, deleted and reinstalled this app a few times now. Let me first say, I LOVE KRISPY KREME and wish more than anyone I could love this app. For some reason, this app never works for me. The rewards/barcode never loads and most recently I can’t make an order— I keep seeing a basket error. Will delete for now and reinstall later again in hopes that it gets better (only because I love Krispy Kreme so much).

Registers Latte Rewards as Coffee - terrible

Latte purchases register incorrectly as “coffee reward points” therefore they add up over time as a free coffee instead of free latte. I’m not interested in their coffee only their lattes so getting rewards is pointless if they register incorrectly on each purchase I make.

This App is Broken

It is impossible to log in or create an account or to reset your password. They tell me I already have an account but then I try a password and it says the format can’t be read. Then I try to reset the password and every code they send my email is apparently the wrong code. How hard is it to make something as simple as logging in work. You can’t access anything unless your logged in so the app is useless.

app is very buggy will force quit every so often, especially in the middle of entering your information. I changed my phone number and it logged me out of my account.
