Won’t let me add receipt info – Krispy Kreme ® Review

It says select store. When I type in my information it gives me 11 stores within 100 miles except the one I’m looking for. When I pushed the help link on the app it gives you FAQ none of which actually give you help. No place to contact anyone etc...
