Used one time worked fine. Today is ask for “I accept” but will not activate or accept. So can not proceed to make an order.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and I keep getting the same error message, “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”. I have used this before without an issue and now all of a sudden it doesn’t work at all!

Every time I try to use it, it says UhOh! The data couldn’t be read because it’s in the wrong format. I downloaded it from the App Store.

I’m trying to create an account so I can make a pick up order. The app won’t let me sign in so I can’t do anything but drive and hope the donuts I want are available.

The app is usually good, but for some reason it now only tells me ‘uh oh! the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.’ My free doughnut reward expires soon and I’m worried I can’t use it.

It’s a complete joke. They use DoorDash which is awful. Takes a VERY long time and they send a ton out at once so after two hours you get late, cold doughnuts.
Fraud Rewards Program

Rewards program is pure fraud - refuses to acknowledge my last two receipts and doesn't give reward. Missed transactions says duplicate check and nothing else. Didn’t even let me get free donut when first signed up. Just a scheme to get your phone number and data for their personal gain. Will report all this fraud to BBB and move on to Dunkin, where their app actually works and their rewards are properly tracked and provided.
