App is good. Was better before. But still use it because of the donuts. However, you do not receive any rewards credit for soft drink, milk, or juice purchases. My wife doesn’t drink coffee and the kids surely don’t need it. So frequently purchasing 3 beverages with no rewards. PLEASE FIX IT!!!

App does not work I been trying to log in and it won’t let me tells me to log in with my Facebook and still can’t tried to create an new account still can’t What’s the point of having it if it doesn’t work a waste of time that’s all
Unstable App

Coronavirus... quarantine.... donuts would hit the spot right now. Unfortunately, once I type in my address for delivery, the app will load and then crash on me. I tried deleting then reinstalling to no prevail. Maybe this app is better when used to scan it at the register, but to use it for delivery... impossible.

I found my closest store and set it as a favorite/default. Yet when I try to add receipt information in order to receive reward points for that purchase, it finds every other store except the one closest to me!!! So I can’t receive the points that I earned. A completely stupid and useless app. Thanks a lot Krispy Kreme.
Funds Not Added

Do not add funds to your account. I attempted to add $20 and the first try said failed and tried again same error. Both transactions came out of my account and customer service say to bad that the app is broken but the customer has to take it up with their bank. Lack of ownership!!!!!

It’s an okay app. Most annoying this is it always shows offers that are expired.

This app is almost useless , all locations don’t show up. The emails you receive for discounts you have to save they are not coincided with the app. The app only gives you rewards for items purchased on app. You can’t add in store receipt although there is a link in the app.
