Limited Payment Options and Inaccurate Store Info – Krispy Kreme ® Review

The first thing I noticed was the inaccurate store info. The location nearest to me has a drive-thru but the app says no drive-thru available. Then I discovered the only way to pay through the app is with a credit card. What if I want to use a gift card? I bought gift cards for my kids so they could use the app, too (they don’t have credit cards of their own and I’m not about to put my card info in their apps). If I can’t rely on the app for accurate store info and I can’t use my preferred method to pay, why keep the app? I won’t.
