An organization as big as Kaiser should have an app that is better developed than this one. There are some useful features and they are handy when they work. Too many functions work sporadically or not at all. Overall the app design is old, not particularly user friendly and uninspired. Sadly, KP customers have no alternative if we want to interact via mobile. Update 1/22: All of the above still applies after several years. I really like Kaiser, but I despise this app.

Too many bugs makes this app beyond frustrating

You can’t copy text from the app to paste in other programs… Like vital information that you want to share with other people. You can’t search for the last time you had appointments with particular doctors. You can’t email doctors that you haven’t seen before yet have an upcoming apointment to ask them pertinent questions about your upcoming appointment. It doesn’t show you all of the text in the window where you’re composing your messages to doctors. You can’t search for texts in old messages so that you can access important information ASAP. There are many other bugs, but apparently I can only put in so many characters in this review ;)
Not able to log in.
that also does not work
It is a joke now trying to log in to Kaiser, you have to jump thru hoops trying to send your dr.a message, or getting test results etc. Your Thumb print should be enough, but they don t even accept it, unless you now also use your Password.Why not leave alone something that worked ! Even reported that I can t log in Days ago , but nothing happened.

Awesome experience every time I go to the Dr. Everything, and everyone moves with a sense of urgency. That’s very comforting.

What good is a app if I can’t get any appointments or run around or random doctors who have no empathy for me ..

Since you updated the app, I am unable to view anything nor order unless I buy a new phone. I need to know my COViD results but can’t view help.
