This app only shows up in Portrait mode and not Landscape mode in iPad. This makes it very hard to use the keyboard to type an email to the provider. Please fix it and this will increase the user experience.

Billing section is empty, can’t report problems or upload pics to show dev team the problem

This app does not pan to landscape mode in iPad Pro! Why!!! Having to hold my iPad upright in portrait mode, is excruciatingly painful, exhausting, and annoying. Makes typing a message to my doctor much more difficult, when I have a perfectly good Magic keyboard that I could use, and can’t because the thing cannot be viewed in landscape! Developers, please fix this and make it so that this app can be viewed in landscape mode as well. Thank you!!

Can’t get anything done! The only good things are medication refill and look up old labs. So useless

Great for re-ordering prescriptions also check in results from blood work. There was a better app a few years back that would go into detail as to what the test would showAnd also what you could do to improve your results it was very informative I wish they had that back
Amazing mommiekins zoo
I’ve had kaiser insurance for 38 years! I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Everything is good and easy. Love kaiser, I feel I’m in good hands.

Why, oh, why, can this app not rotate to landscape mode so it can be used in the normal orientation on a tablet? Why can’t a provider visit be in the app, instead of going out to a browser? Why does the video keep crashing and you end up talking with the provider on the phone? All the access to records and results is nice, but for appointments, half the time, you end up calling anyway. The feature for seeing doctor reviews and being able to access before joining is all marketing, not medical care.
