What is the point of having a digital version of the records if none of it can be accessed due to the flourish of errors they have. Called customer service and they recommended “uninstall and install again”… I did it in 4 different devices and still nothing.

It crashes way to much and takes way to long to get results or a response every time I try to log in it takes a long time to load and tends to crash.

The new pharmacy update is horrible. It was fine the way it was. Why don’t u ask people in the pharmacy who actually use it before u upgrade. They complained about it too. U can’t order prescriptions 3 days in advance for refills when they take 3 days to get dtr approval etc., then you run out. You can only order refills on the day u shud be able to pick them up then the dtr still has to approve it & that adds 2-3 more days so your 3 pills short ea month. It tells you they are unavailable-so u run out. Doctors don’t generally fill them same days Tech dept can change it so we can order monthly refills 2-3 days in advance so thd dtrs can approve them on time. Pls fix it.. I’m 77 one can’t always get out the same day we need to be sure they are ready when we need them but 2-3 days later. Now I have to email the dtr each month to order & make sure they are ready on my pick up date. Another thing one can’t even send there message they need a nickname & guess what all names are taken..omg

I haven’t been able to access my messages for 4 weeks, I can access my messages but not see any replies or any messages sent. I’ve deleted the app several times and reinstalled, I’ve called customer support, I’ve sent messages, and there has been no help. It’s still the same problem. Since the update I also am having difficulty scheduling appointments with specialists that I have a referral for. This has become very frustrating.

When ever a problem , develops CALL! They take care of 90% of my medical care questions and or direct you to someone who can ! Now when it comes to complaints about doctors. Different story ! So collect every possible piece of evidence because they have some real lousy practioners!! And good luck , fill out your paperwork an make copy’s . There not gods!!!
