Decreasing usefulness

BilboDrapela

This app has always been slow and clunky, but bearable—even improved recently. However, now the app won’t open with updating and when you try to update it won’t do it. So suddenly I’m having to totally change my interactions with KP to phone or in-person. It’s been this way for days and KP seems to not even notice, let alone fix the problem. Useless right now.

Don’t do it!

nmasente

Before I Updated to this version I was able to schedule appointments. Now when I tap schedule appointment, it tells me I’ve entered invalid information. There’s no opportunity to enter information! So I tried the website and I’m told it can’t complete my request. The developer should be fired! Who releases a new version without testing all the features with multiple users?

App is the only functional feature of Kaiser

Blueberry785

I can reorder meds and look at test results quickly and conveniently. I can also send messages to my care providers and then it goes downhill from there! Healthcare in this country is hell

I love the app, so useful

Newest version has bug - cant log in

yangyangzhangzjang

It opens up to a partial "type in password of your iphone" page but there are only three keys...

Not a Touch Less Check In

Kruser99

Nice App After the touch less scan, you have to answer questions on Kaiser’s touch screen. Just thought a Health Care Facility would be the first to have a totally touch less check with Covid-19. Otherwise, I think it is a great App.

When it works it’s good.

gmathefunny1

When this app works it’s good. The problem is about 80% of the time the app won’t load your information. It times out most of the time. It is very frustrating.

IPad needs landscape

classical-guitar

In today’s world of iPads with keyboards, this app needs to support landscape mode. It seems like it’s primarily web views anyway so I don’t understand why it’s not supported

User friendly

Chillvanj

I have used the KP.org website for several years. Being able to access test results, vaccinations, and medical history immediately is a great benefit. I also love filling my prescriptions on line, making appointments with my primary, and emailing any of my doctors. This site saves me time. I’m not sure many other health systems offer this.

Absolutely Awful App

Madpad

Almost never works, constantly plagued with System Error Screens and even when it does work it takes forever to load even on a WiFi connection. Kaiser should be ashamed that this terrible app is what they keep pushing on their patients. Faster and easier to use the mobile web browser.
