Unhappy with email
I like some of the features but I see that i am not able to reply to the doctors email directly. I have to respond as a separate email. That will make it hard to keep continuity.

Had Kaiser before and loved the app and the app was the main reason I got Kaiser this year. My experience has been horrible. Same issue other reviewers have. Unable to message doctor, evisit, or acces test results. It’s insanity trying to get help as the Kaiser reps just ask you to reinstall or try a different browser. I’ve been waiting for tier 2 support to help with the issue and just keep getting generic we’re working. On it issues. I’ve explained what I think caused these issues and it’s ignored. It shouldn’t take that long to give me account proper permissions as of today the website says I don’t have an active plan when I try to respond to member services messages back to me about this issue.

Unable to see appts from primary careteam

To whom it may concern: I'm trying to reschedule my cervical exam appt with my OBY/GYN but impossible to do, due to issues both with the app AND the kp.org online website not displaying appts at all with MY care team. It ONLY shows appts with other physicians and I have no idea who they are. I don't want to see other doctors, I only want appts with my care team who I've been going to for years and who knows me and my history. I don't know why the online app never ever shows appts with my care team when I attempt to book my doctor appts on-line or thru the app, and I want to know why. My care team appts should be PRIMARY, but absolutely NO appts show up...not even ONE, as in NOTHING...nil. I have to call or email just to get an appt w/ my care team. Very inconvenient and frustrating and is a HUGE problem. I need to know why this is happening and what the longterm solution is to this technical issue so that it'll show available appts from my primary care team. Good but have an issue

I enjoy the app but sometimes it’s a little frustrating to use - my chief complaint is when trying to select from a list of doctors to send a message to, it doesn’t allow you to select the first doctor. You have to select a different doctor first, and then you’re able to select the first doctor on the list
Update limited options

Since the update it will not let me review or refill prescriptions, it will not show medical cards, basically I can’t look at any of my information because I don’t have permission to look at my own stuff. It’s now become useless.
