Not able to log in. – Kaiser Permanente Review

It is a joke now trying to log in to Kaiser, you have to jump thru hoops trying to send your dr.a message, or getting test results etc. Your Thumb print should be enough, but they don t even accept it, unless you now also use your Password.Why not leave alone something that worked ! Even reported that I can t log in Days ago , but nothing happened.
Review by that also does not work on Kaiser Permanente.
