Won’t load on LTE

For some reason it will only load when connected to WiFi. Which is so weird. Sometimes I need to be chasing a WiFi signal. Support won’t offer support. They’re useless.

I needed to pull up my medical number so that I could get a flu shot at CVS. There’s no digital medical card, and when I tried to find the information elsewhere in the app, it didn’t exist. Trying to get help is futile, as half of the webpage links are dead. It took 10 minutes to finally find a number to call, after jumping through a million hoops. I’m actually still on hold with customer service after 10 minutes and even had enough time waiting on hold to write this review, which I’m doing now. Kaiser Permanente is literally the WORST.

Never let’s you login even after repeated password changes but I can login on computer but not this useless app
Not available to use on all phone networks

I have switched phone providers and now I have no access to the app. Ridiculous that u must have AT&T, Verizon or expensive carriers in order to use. If u have prepaid carrier forget about it.
It doesn’t work

When I log on it is slow and for most categories it gives me an error message that it can’t access my information.
NorCal works, SoCal has issues

It seems the Kaiser app and website has issues when you have a Southern California account. With my Northern California account, things worked flawlessly for years and years. But upon moving down south, I’m met with several issues.
