The app constantly crashes
Can not view my registry
I’ve just been trying to write messages to my doctor for the last month because I’ve been really sick. I can’t even message my doctor because it just constantly crashes before I have a chance to write the message. It is so frustrating especially since you can’t call and talk to your doctor at Kaiser. This is a huge problem

I can’t even get into the app. My login doesn’t work on the app but then I go on my browser and it works.

This is the worst possible service. You’re led to believe that your message goes to your doctor, but it does not. It goes to an administrator who fields it. I am unable - as a carer of my elderly, disabled husband - to contact my doctor and obtain urgent covid care for my husband. I get continual questions as to him needing to access the app or his own medical records in order to submit a request for care himself. He has advanced dementia snd cannot even answer a ‘phone. I have been his care for many years. The process is officious, and unhelpful. I hate not being actually able to contact my doctor at all.

I absolutely love Kaiser Permanente. I have only had positive experiences with their service. Between common issues and near death experiences, they have always come through. I credit one of their doctors with saving my son’s life.During Covid quarantine he was not feeling well and she did a video visit. He was lethargic. We hung up and she called back and recommended a blood test. He has type one diabetes. By the time I was told to take him to the hospital he couldn’t walk on his own and was seeing double. So, thank you.

I had a psychiatric emergency a few years back and one of their employees told me the police would “hurt me physically”. I don’t believe threatening someone with violence because they’re suffering from mental illness is appropriate in a medical setting.

Constant log in issues. Have had to change my password numerous times just to get logged in. Never used to have this problem until about 3 months ago. Very frustrating.

I love using the Kaiser app and have used it A LOT. Just today I ordered a prescription refill and checked in with my doctor’s office about a COVID exposure alert I received (from an unrelated app). They have always been very prompt responding to my secure in-app emails - usually within 24 hours - despite how swamped they are these days. I also enjoy the convenience of scheduling my doctor / provider appointments in the app and checking lab results - usually available within 24 hours after testing. The ability to look up past visit information and previous lab results, which can be displayed in a chart or graph, has also been invaluable. This app gets a solid 5 stars from me.
