No horizontal mode

I always use my iPad in horizontal position and find it irritating to have to use this app vertically. Neither do I care for the home page look. I much prefer kp.org but Safari will no longer open it.
I can’t report glitches

I owe money but can’t pay due to credit card information entry issues. I type in all the info to add a new card and click confirm but nothing happens.
Messages have incorrect dates and leaves messages unread.

I like the app, it’s easy to communicate with the doctors and see appointments. I also like that my Kaiser card is now in my Apple wallet. BUT ! I extremely unhappy with already opened messages to be constantly in « unread » position and have « incorrect dates ». Please fix that so the app was even better.
Making appointment very bugged

Can only make an appointment on ever 3 days. It shows dates for nov1 nov4, nov7, etc but won’t let me choose in between

I have been able to have visits on with my doctor video visits and personal conversations without feeling like someone in the next room can here me talking. I have showed other Kp patients how the app works and it’s the best ever.
Needs Apple Pay & Dark Mode!!

It’s a great app. I can get test results, talk to doctors & order RX refills. However, I wish there was a dark mode, & that I could pay for my RX refills with Apple Pay instead of having to give my card information. Using Apple Pay would be more a convenient & safer way to pay for my RX refills.
Can’t make appointments

You can’t make appointments with the app because the text box for entering a date opens the keyboard on the number pad. The form expects you to put the date with slashes (i.e. 01/01/2020) and there is no way to input a slash. 0/10 design. Use a datepicker.
Needs landscape for iPad

This app is really poor for older people who only use landscape mode and large fonts. Unable to change font side and can’t read messages from doctors... too small. Also unable to change managed user for people who care for others Layout in general is also poor compared to other heath company apps.
