Unable to see appts from primary careteam – Kaiser Permanente Review

To whom it may concern: I'm trying to reschedule my cervical exam appt with my OBY/GYN but impossible to do, due to issues both with the app AND the kp.org online website not displaying appts at all with MY care team. It ONLY shows appts with other physicians and I have no idea who they are. I don't want to see other doctors, I only want appts with my care team who I've been going to for years and who knows me and my history. I don't know why the online app never ever shows appts with my care team when I attempt to book my doctor appts on-line or thru the app, and I want to know why. My care team appts should be PRIMARY, but absolutely NO appts show up...not even ONE, as in NOTHING...nil. I have to call or email just to get an appt w/ my care team. Very inconvenient and frustrating and is a HUGE problem. I need to know why this is happening and what the longterm solution is to this technical issue so that it'll show available appts from my primary care team.
