I wish I could have given a “0”!!! – JUMP – by Uber Review

I requested a bicycle outside of a bar (Golden Road) in Sacramento. I was at the bicycle and it said it could not recognize my pin. I sat on the phone for 6-8 minutes and tried to talk to their support. None of them knew what was going on. They said they could not connect to the bike. So I said, “screw it I am grabbing an UBER”. When UBER picked me up(90 seconds later) we found 4 Bikes sitting 3 blocks away on 19th and L. I am now deleting this app and this BS company. The sad part is my town of West Sac just laid down to bring this crap to our town.
