I placed an order online. 5 pieces were delivered correctly one was sent to a store in Virginia. I live in TN. Customer service repeatedly told me it was my mistake. I explained I did not select store pickup & if I did my selected store is in TN. They would not cancel it, would not refund my reward points, they would not give me a new coupon code that I used. So what was $17.47 is now 42.95 to reorder & I can’t be refunded my other order I have to let it sit for 10 days & expire. I did not reorder & will never shop Penney’s again. Their customer service is abroad, & rude & incompetent.

Order splits into multiple pieces and gets shipped or doesn’t get shipped. Noway to find status as the 1800 number has limited access and rights. Local JCPenney has automated options but no real time. Cant cancel or return as for the past 23 days my order shows in transit but nothing more… i guess it arrives once all discounts are applied……

I tried the app; it didn’t work. It asked me to tell me what I was hearing. I type in the words being said. It didn’t work. I did that twice until I got a note saying I’d be locked out if I failed the 3rd time. Eventually I had to go inside and wait 15-2.0 minutes to get my order. Not happy.

Ordered a few things, received one item, online teacher says another is shipped. The item that was over 800 bucks and the other cheaper item doesn’t show up at all. I have called and been told by the automated response that I can’t be helped at this time. I have emailed, to hear nothing back. I have attempted to use the “chat” on the website for assistance, only to be told via auto response that all agents are busy, would I like to try an alternate way, either call or email. We already know how that ended. I cannot get a human being to respond.

Placed order for curbside pickup and the total was $39.99. Two items were not included in package because they couldn’t find them in the store which brought the total down to $29.62. JCP charged my bank account $39.99 but did not give me the $10.37 difference back on my account. This means my card was charged before the order was filled! This is not the way it is supposed to be done!

Is it just me or do others continue to have issues with this ??? Do we actually need two different (possibly) passwords for this??!! I have wrote down, saved to my phone , changed then changed again!! At my age this is very confusing as it is. Just would want someone to say Sharon it’s okay and help is on the way!! Who out in this wild world has a simple answer for me ?….. My rant is over Just a struggling grandmother Thank you Sharon

I just feel that if Iam ordering anything over $500 that my package should require a signature the fact that ups can just leave a espensive package outside anywhere for anyone to pick up and walk off with dosent sit right with me??‍♀️?then if I do t receive my package ? I gotta jump through all these hoops just to get a refund or a credit when all of this could have been avoided by having me sign for my package that’s the only issue I have luckily I waited outside during the time frame of the package arrival and got my package put directly in my hand I think they really need to change the policy when ordering something really expensive it should require a signature


App ok, customer service, not so much

Placed an order, great and pricing great. Was to be delivered by 12/15-12/17, order statues shows processing, call the customer service number, automated useless info says shipped, no tracking number, went to the app, still shows processing. Still not delivered. Sent 2 emails for information about tracking……….crickets. No response.
