I don’t know how else to get help! The app support is not working and the app just sits there saying “checking account”. It’s up to date. I can’t even see if I owe anything on my credit account.

I love JCP merchandise and selection. It is my go to store. While their automated service leaves something to be desired (looping you back to lengthy selections and no “ other” option), I called another customer service number and got a live person after making a random selection. The JCP CS person who took my call was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their credit card (synchrony) service rep he connected me with to handle my specific request displayed the same courtesy and helpfulness I received from JCP. It is the same when I order for in store pick up. They have the best all around customer service I have dealt with over the years. Keep up the good work! It was the live experience that caused them to not lose a star for the automated frustration I encountered. Their associates are awesome!

Bad experience at VH today. They let my $40 sale walk out the door and didn’t care one way or the other. I spoke to management but they suggested I go back to the store for better service. Not happening! Doubt I will shop there again. I’ve been in retail my whole career and would never treat a guest this way. Times have truly changed and not for the better. Would give zero stars if I could. Im very disappointed, been shopping here for years.

I placed my order two days ago and I ordered a dress for a wedding and a skirt. I go to check the status of my order and if it has been shipped and I find out my dress order was canceled!!!!! To make matters worst, the sale for the dress is now over!!!!! I love JCPenney, but this is the second time my order gets canceled!!! Shop somewhere else or in person!!!! ?

Everytime I open the app it takes forever to load. It keeps showing I have notifications yet when I open it, it takes so long to load it ends up closing all by itself. It’s getting frustrating.

I love Penney’s and always will. Good sales, good prices and sales personnel are helpful and cheerful. The JCP makes the shopping so easy and curbside pickup has worked perfectly!

I actually will be DELETING this STUPID app. Why you need a SEPARATE password to PAY on your account—is beyond me (apparently) & QUITE annoying. ANNOYINNNNNNG. If I’m already IN my Penney’s account—I should be able to go INTO my settings to reconcile it. No, not here. NOOOOO.....You got to submit another to pay it. Quite frustrating when you already had to reset the ‘initial’ entry and you go to pay it says ‘enter user name’. I’m like ??. At 55 years old and already a million passwords to record...I don’t have time for that. Furthermore, the app freezes on the I guess ?’REGULAR Login’. Sometimes, I have to uninstall the app, then reinstall. Just not worth it.

The up freezes and does not allow my phone to do anything else. I tried turning the phone off and hard reset but nothing helps. I called customer service but according to Mariano there is no IT app support department. My phone was working well until I used their app.
