I ordered a black fleece hoodie for my son as a gift. When I went to pick up my order, I was very unhappy to find the wrong color had been sent. Since it is a Christmas gift, I am unable to exchange it. And what do you know, it is no longer available. Someone must be colorblind because the label on the package clearly states that it is a black hoodie. From a very unhappy customer.

Ordered my son Levis for his birthday; received a $20 tshirt; packing slip said Levis. Had to have return label sent & returned shirt. Did not want credit, just wanted my Levis sent. Spoke with someone who had it all resolved & was shipping them out & charging my card. System went down at this point in conversation so I do not know if I will get my order or not. Needless to say, highly disappointed, as is my son!!

@jcpenney I purchased a gift for my mother online and shipped it to her home. When she received the package from JCP, it was addressed to her but Inside the box was an invoice for an order and then multiple items that were not what I had ordered and items that didn't even match the wrong invoice. Let me repeat. Box address: my mothers; invoice: some other person for an order for gloves; contents of items in the box: multiple clothing (not what we ordered). So there is a whole lot of wrong there. This was a massive mistake on JCP's part. I called customer service and was held for over 10 min, and I know it's the holidays, so I understand. Still, the first customer service rep placed me on hold for another 10 min without even the courtesy of checking in with me periodically. Then I was routed back to the beginning of the customer services automated line without any word. The second rep I talked to, over 30 min in total wait time by that point, was friendly but told me she would have to contact me back. When she did contact me back, she told me I had to file a police report. I asked her who was at fault? She told me UPS, although that didn’t make sense because the mailing address label was correct, just not the items inside. She continued to argue with me that it was UPS. I asked her who packages the items. She said that JCP does. So I said OK, and I re-explained the situation AGAIN, stating that the shipping address on the package was correct; therefore, UPS didn’t mess it up; JCP did. She then told me she would have to contact me back again. I am still waiting for that return call, by the way. This is so frustrating. I have pictures of the box, the WRONG invoice, and the WRONG items in the package. I shouldn't be asked to do anything. I should have the correct item mailed out asap and a courtesy pickup for this box of wrongful items to be returned. Whoever is working in packaging messed up big time on multiple orders. This was a gift for Christmas that you all ruined for my mother, and now it Isn't even going to be rectified on time for her to get in time for Christmas because of the lack of care, empathy, and training your customer service reps have on handling such issues.

I was sent an item I didn’t order, that I’m expected to mail back. The item I did order was not offered to resend by Christmas. I was offered a refund. Bad customer service!

I am super late but, there is no way I could go any longer without writing a review about my new stylist. Her name is Malikka at Stonecrest Mall JCPENNY salon in Lithonia GA. Undoubtedly, it’s a very stressful time, I’m actually grieving the lost of my loved one, so my hair wasn’t looking it’s best. I wanted a change and thought of getting a loose wave. I love my afro, but just wanted a change. Malikka and I decided on the size of the perm rods to achieve my desired look, and when she was done….words could not explain how pleased I was. Her customer service was through the roof excellent. She’s very down to earth, kind and easy to work with. You will love her as I do. As a matter of fact, my treatment appointment is coming up this week and I can’t wait to see where this new hair journey leads. Thank you Malikka!!!!


Canceled with no options

My order was just canceled per the app without me being able to make changes to the order to a different item because I assume that the item is not available even though it was available when I placed the order. When I attempted to call customer support I got nothing but dead air. Options for changing the order of the item becomes somehow unavailable would be great. I won’t ever use this app again. Honestly take notes from Wal Mart and Amazon for different options. This is a mess.


Online ordering is disappointing.

The last two times I have ordered online it has been a disaster. I ordered 3 items and 2 of the 3 items were correct. They sent an XS belt instead of the $69 Levi jeans I ordered. The second screw up was a $119 bottle of cologne. I paid for 2-day shipping and it is taking 15 days to get to my address. Come on JCP what is going on. You need to do better.
