I’m going to cancel my credit card with jcpenny because 95% of the time or order something from them it comes in as the wrong size, color, or version. Or llike that last time I ordered something I got the completely wrong package. I don’t know who’s is over the distribution or logistics part of jcpenny, but it’s terrible. I mean I can understand an order being mix once maybe twice, but after the third time it’s like are y’all even trying to make sure that y’all are send the correct packages to paying customers. I wish I could leave a zero star, because that’s how awful this service is. If I were you, I wouldn’t waste my time ordering from them.

I am so disappointed that after the decades of business I have done with your company that your company is practices racism towards every except blacks. I see the line of shirts you currently have that advertised only promote the lives mattering of black people. This discriminated against all other races. I refuse to do business with companies which are discriminatory in this way. Please cancel my account ASAP. I will share this discrimination with everyone I can so they will be aware and can decide if they will continue to do business with your company.

Automated system has a glitch. Was put on hold multiple times and hung up on after waiting approximately 10 minutes to speak with an actual person.

My order (Order #2021-0104-1020-3589) of Cuisinart Nesting Stainless Steel 11 piece cookware set was promised to arrive at Jan 19 but never arrived; it is now a week over and I am still waiting. How do I cancel this order?

Excellent app! Search for items you like and apply filters to show prices low to high high to low or items according to your preference. I love how I can shop to store for every item regardless if it’s Close or far away. It will even show which items are located at my local store with the quantity remaining. I’ve only had a few instances of not being notified and orders getting cancelled- very squared with this app and I love love love all things JCPenney!! Thanks for providing great quality products and also coupons to apply for every order!! This is a must have for every Penney Fan!!
