Love the JCPenny App iPhone App! Easy to Search and Find for whatever I am looking for in a short amount of time thanks to the Filter options. Instead of browsing through hundreds of Sweaters, I can quickly find a pink pull over cashmere in my size and on sale, simply by going through a few steps using the the filter. Saving me time, money and frustration! Thank You, JCP!
Crashes and freezes a lot

I tried several times to add items to the cart and check out but the JCPenney app kept crashing and freezing constantly. I verified that no other app on my phone had any problems. I lost out on a good sale, so now they’ve lost a sale and a customer. Ridiculous how they’re doing so poorly financially and they continue to drive away business like mine.

Tracking numbers don’t work, not given a form of tracking other than tapping on a certain number, which gives an error message. One item on my order was cancelled, although I was still charged for it and have yet to see a refund. If shopping and going through multiple departments or long pages of items, the app will completely freeze and stop loading until it’s force closed, essentially making me start over from the beginning. Would love to know where the items I ordered are located in the shipping process, would love at least a notification that an item was cancelled, and would LOVE to be refunded for the item that was cancelled. I am signed in the entire time.

I tried to pay my bill by this app and could not find any way to do so. This is the sorriest app I have ever experienced. If I were Penny’s I would have a bill payment button on the very front of the app like everyone else. No wonder they are in trouble.

Absolutely disgusted with ordering online I’ve placed four orders for the same thing because I have to keep returning it to the store and it’s always wrong. I’ve been hung up on, lied to, charged different prices , refunded when I thought I was waiting on my order, on hold with customer service for 2 hours and 58 minutes (that’s just one time)there is no solid person to talk to, they keep referring to the warehouse who messes up, I found the address for corporate and maybe someone (doubtfully) will tell me the problem. I have to have a certain pair of pants for work or I wouldn’t even bother with this company anymore. It’s been two months and hours on the phone with the warehouse, so called supervisors that are rude, several trips to the local store here and still no resolution. Ive never wrote a negative review on anything but this is beyond uncalled for. If any one important that works with this company please contact me.
