I order from Norstrom‘s and Macy’s with no problem and no charge for shipping pennies needs to pay for shipping

Store in Palm Springs is messy. Workers mostly don’t speak English and act like your bothering them. You closed store in Yucca valley California, it was friendly and well kept. Now if I want to go to a pennys it’s over 50 miles away one way. Miss my Pennys.

App crashes too much

Every time I’m looking for something the app crashes. I had a similar issue with the Guitar Center app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Worked ok for a few days but starts doing it again.

Give you a 1, had rather give a -5. Jumping on a bandwagon after struggling to keep stores open, definitely NOT a good move. I will support founder of My Pillow all day long, your company NEVER AGAIN. I don’t care if you’re last store left on earth.

Shame on JC Penney for dropping MyPillow, and lying about why. You’ve successfully navigated past closing your stores (unlike Boston Store and others) and I’m guessing you did that by not becoming sheep, by digging in & doing research and working hard to do the right thing. Why are you not following those same principles in this case? Please reconsider your actions and be a leader/role-model. Helpful hint: Honesty and integrity not only help you gain trust with people, but it also helps you sleep better!

I have been a loyal customer to JCP for many years. When Americans call to boycott a product such as My Pillow and the company complies, it’s un-American! Who in their right moral compass would want to hurt another Americans livelihood or business? I am appalled that you, being an American business, would surrender to such ungodly demands! The people that called for you to drop My Pillow, I can guarantee that they don’t shop at your store. I did though. I use to spend a lot of money but No More! I will find another company to buy my clothes & home goods from, a company who will stand up to these un-American liberal bullies. PS: I will encourage family & friends to not shop at your company because sometimes we must stand up for our convictions & beliefs. Bye bye JCP, Geraldine Knapp

Deleted and reloaded app - still doesn’t work

Tried Search functionality. Searched on “shirt” and “comforter”. Nothing found??? Really? Gets stuck trying to “find” my account even when switch to guest. Wont even show me list of departments to shop. Deleting app again.
