I’m looking at the web page and I decided to buy 2 table cloths which say that the price is $94.00 and if I use coupon 4NEWYOU the price will be $65.80 I really got excited with this price and when I’m ready to pay I try to use the coupon and it doesn’t allow me it says that is invalid. Frustrated I just removed the table cloths out of my cart and re-check the website and it continúes with the same advertisement.

Just waited 40 min on the phone for an order from Dec 1 still no one picked up. That’s why your going out of business!

I love JCP but the app leaves something out. I can pay my bill with it but I can’t view the bill. What the heck?
I ordered clothes and got a confirmation now I can’t access my order in the app

Would have gave 5 if I could have gone back to where it showed two credit cards. Not sure which one was active. But couldn’t go back. When I did just showed the one.
