Two back to back events were covered by the selection of clothing. I I literally purchased the selection on the mannequin, and a very nice pair of Stacy Adams to close the deal.

I had ordered online and use $10 rewards. I went to exchange cuz jeans didn’t fit and the associate-0094 didn’t use my rewards on the exchange. She told me I can’t get my “rewards back”. Disappointed!!!!!…

No where to put your associate number. Coupons are always subject to change. JCP what are you doing.

I love shopping online with JCPenny but this app needs updated. Everytime I open it it takes up to 10 minutes for anything to load. Most of the time I just open my safari and shop there because this app is SLOW! Nothing will load

I ordered one pair of jeans and a jacket, the next day I got an email that those jeans are not in stock but they’re still looking to find , then I called JCPENNY and told them few times that if they don’t have those jeans, please cancel my entire order because I wanted those jeans more than the jacket, because I already purchased one of the same jacket, this I ordered to make the amounts to get home delivery because they didn’t allowed store pick up, so I decided to give to the jacket to give a friend. And I told her few times to make sure that either I get everything or cancel my order. But surprisingly they sent the jacket with in few days and canceled only my order for jeans. I called back and told them that how specifically I said that what I wanted, and She insisted we canceled the rest , not the jacket, then I told her as because you guys record all conversations, please try to find it and listen again. Then I told her I don’t want to go to the store to return the jacket, can you please send me level and I will send it back, in fact she offered it first and I said okay, please do, waiting for few days, nothing… then I have to go to the store to return the jacket! Now how do you think I would feel about this purchase and the entire ordeal? For me I wanted to give a minus star if I could!

JCPenny is the worst shopping center i have ever experienced, especially the location where i used to do shopping Rude behavior with customer and when you escalate to the manager they don’t listen I had to call to the customer care and escalate but nothing happened after that Cheap quality product with cheap service

I ordered work boot black 12 wide and the idiot who pack the box put in a tan size 10.5!!! I’m done with JC Pennys incompetence at its finest!!!!! Stores are always out of everything and now you can’t even expect products online but they’re sure quick to charge your card!!!! ??
Love the app but

There’s so many cool things about this app like keeping track of rewards, finding coupons, paying JCP card and fav but not so fav part is that the price scanner only works about 8 times then closes out the app and doesn’t open any more for 24 hours. I’ve tried everything like updating app, powering down phone etc. I’m a serious JCP shopper and wish they would fix this problem that’s been going on for about 4 years or possibly longer.
