JC Penny is a mess! They truly don’t care about the customers. They’ve gotten 4 orders of mine wrong & no one cares. Just unreal

I received my purchase today and opened it up to see the shoes I purchased was messed up as if the sold me some used shoes. Very disappointed. And to return them they’re charging me and it’s not my fault I received the shoes in bad condition.

So I downloaded this app for a couple of things. Price check: works well Pay by app: doesn’t work at all anymore You can link your Jcp card up if you have one and are supposed to be able to pay, use your rewards, coupons etc. I have only found one JCP that it worked at and today it did not work. Maybe they turned off support for this? It was a nice way to not touch common devices in a pandemic but it doesn’t work. Most employees don’t know it is even a way to pay. So three stars u til they fix it

So far the app is okay, but it would be nice if you accepted dashes in your passwords. When Apple's keychain access app makes a secure password it's always six characters – another six characters - and then another six characters. Those dashes aren't accepted in the password verification routine on JC Penney's backend.

I ordered a Levi brand jacket for my husband. Sadly, he can’t enjoy it yet because they left a security tag on the jacket. They didn’t remove it before packing it. So now we’re going to have to figure out how to get it removed. There isn’t a store within 30 miles of where we live. Not happy with this.

Not able to claim rewards

I was only given reward points on my first purchase, then never again. I’m not able to claim missing pints at all, it never goes through.

We couldn’t have done it without you!! Christmas is a wonderful holiday that we look forward to each year but it can also be a little stressful if you are on a fixed income as is the case with my husband and I. Finding quality clothes at a reasonable price for the whole family isn’t always easy. We are so thankful for all the great sales And as always the quality of everything we bought. We would also like to thank the employees who were not only helpful but went above and beyond from helping me put the Penny’s apps on my cell phone so I could see all the sales to patiently helping my husband who is hearing impaired understand how and when to insert his debit card all with a smile every time we went. I’m absolutely obsessed with the great prices for my entire family and friends the coupons I can use right off my phone my children love receiving a package with something new from clothing to shoes to miscellaneous items also best place for big and tall this is the only place I can get my husband‘s work pants at a reasonable price and great quality. Keep up the great work.

Couldn’t even log into my account because apparently Arizona is not part of the US. It says I’m not in this country. I guess it’s Syncrony Bank but reflects badly on JCP. I’ve got my doubts about using that Credit Card again

Every time I order something, check out and it’s confirmed a little while later I get a notification asking me “Did you forget something?” Saying I left something in my cart but I didn’t. Not a HUGE deal but kinda annoying lol…
