This application is the worst. They are thieves, they charged me $50.00 for booking a hotel. Please do no use it.

I was booking my room for the 12th through the 15th it was the last room for the hotel as I entered my payment information someone else booked the room and hotels changed my date to the 19th through the 22 and will not give me a refund I am really disappointed and will never use or recommend this hotel booking site to anyone
Have absolutely destroyed accessibility for voiceover users

Latest version has caused many problems for Blind travelers using voiceover on the iPhone. Buttons are not identified properly. Screens do not move with gestures as they are supposed to. Please have an actual blind person test your accessibility before you release an app if you care. It is by the way the law for you to keep this updated. Very disappointed

I just put in for a booking and went to look for the address and can’t find the reservation it gives me the pass places I’ve been but not the one I’m going to what good is that

There are several comparison websites for hotels, rental cars, etc. I would have to say Hotels.com is the best. It allows for easy searching and filtering as well as awesome perks when you have an account! Thanks!
Beware of wording before you book!

We were told we will be getting a full kitchen in a hotel we booked, and it was missing the stove! I as in the phone with them for 2 hours and they kept sending me to different people, got management and they were absolutely rude! They said they can’t do anything because of the description in the wording of the hotel and we get what we get!!! Do yourself a favor and go to different apps!!!!
