This is my fave app/travel agent for booking hotels! Great incentives and customer service! I have only used hotels.com the past few years to book many hotels stays because their incentives are just uncomparable.

I was a little skeptical at first, but I have to admit I was very surprised to see how easy it was to book multiple reservations through this app. I've been using the website for years and am happy to report the app is just as easy to navigate. It's user friendly design is similar to the website so if you're used to breezing through the website, booking reservations on the app should be smooth sailing.

Love this App! easy to use, shows hotel on map so you can be sure you are in the area you need. Takes seconds to book a room once you create an account and better price then hotels offer at counter.

Great app for travelers. I wish more people would rate their hotel stay experience so that others can be aware of problems and have something to use as the basis to book a hotel or not.
Old and frustrating interface

Good tool to look for hotels and deals. Dated interface with things that don't work: removing saved hotels or notifications doesn't seem possible. Good complementary app for their online web service but needs some major overhauling in the user interface side.

Made full nonrefundable payments, two weeks later price reduced even more. They don't include important information like even though your a guest you have to pay for parking.
