False advertising

Book a room for 3 guys. Ad said double bed on request. Checked into room for 15 days a total of $1,200. Requested double bed at front desk hotel said they don’t and never have supplied additional beds, and that hotels. Com has false advertising!!!So we have to double up in beds. Not happy at all with hotels.com. If it would let me I’d give it Zero stars


Good until you need help...

“You can cancel” but the cancellation fee is 100% of the room cost. The virtual assistant cant find your booking with the email address and confirmation number. Phone numbers are all back to Hotels.com which can’t do what you need to with the reservation. Try doing ANYTHING besides Booking a room and you get an absurd amount of runaround.

My favorite thing is if I decide way last Minute to stay somewhere I can find a nice hotel cheap. And every hotel is just as advertised

The customer service experience went from one of the best to miserable. Agents are working with several customers at the same time and because of that it takes them forever to reply.


Very confusing to redeem points

It’s very easy to spend money and book a room, but when it comes to redeeming your free night it is almost impossible. To make matters worse, there is no human that is available to help with the issues. No phone number to call anywhere on the website. Not a happy camper. When asked for a name to post this with, Unhappy Camper, Not a Happy camper, Terrible experience, and Zero Stars were taken...need I say more.


New to hotels.com first booking of hotel

So very user friendly! Love this! The one and only real complaint I personally have is, while trying to book the room originallyit was at a much lower price and I ended up getting days later. And although I will take responsibility for part of this I kind of was at a dead end because I had reached out several times to different phone numbers and pushing different buttons and numbers on the automated recordings. But I would get almost to what I thought was going to be a live agent to help me just guide me at least answer a couple of questions not necessarily even book it for me, but I was always met with the same disappointing dead end voice saying we do not help bookWithout a confirmation number. So you can imagine my confusion and frustration.

Will not load my upcoming reservation, even when I click through the email confirmation. Even when I copy paste reservation number and last name. SO FRUSTRATING, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
